ACCOMMODATION
We have negotiated a room block for attendees at the Graduate Hotel for a discounted rate. The hotel is conveniently located at 22 N Loop Rd, New York, NY 10044, a 1-minute walk from the Verizon Center.
A number of rooms are being offered at this rate on a first come first serve basis until Monday, May 20th, after which room rates are subject to change. Please use one of two methods to book a room:

GETTING TO THE VENUE
By Subway
Take the F train to the Roosevelt Island stop. Walk south 0.3 miles on W Road.
By Tram (nice views during sunset!)
Catch the Tram at 59th street and 2nd Avenue. Campus is just south of the Queensboro bridge station.
By Ferry
The Astoria route of NYC Ferry will connect you to a landing just east of campus. Here’s the latest route and schedule.
By Bike
Access Roosevelt Island by bike via the Roosevelt Island Bridge from 36th Street in Queens, then ride south on Main Street.
By Bus
The Q102 bus connects Roosevelt Island to Long Island City and Astoria in Queens. Here’s the latest route Q102 map and schedule.
By Car
Access Roosevelt Island by car via the Roosevelt Island Bridge from 36th Street in Queens, then drive south down Main Street.
From New York Airports
From LGA:
- From Laguardia Airport, take the M60-SBS (Bus) in the Broadway-106 St direction to Hoyt Av/31 St.
- Walk to the NW Subway station at Astoria Blvd and take the W (Subway) in the Whitehall St-South Ferry direction to Queensboro Plaza.
- Walk North to 41st Ave and then walk West to the F Subway Station at 21 St-Queensbridge.
- Take the F (Subway) in the Lexington Av/63 St direction to Roosevelt Island.
- Walk South on Roosevelt Island and arrive at Verizon Executive Education Center.
From JFK:
- From JFK Airport, take the AirTrain JFK Red (Train) in the Jamaica Station direction to Jamaica Station.
- Walk to the E Subway station at Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport and take the E (Subway) in the World Trade Center direction to Court Sq-23 St.
- Walk North to 41st Ave and then walk West to the F Subway Station at 21 St-Queensbridge.
- Take the F (Subway) in the Lexington Av/63 St direction to Roosevelt Island.
- Walk South on Roosevelt Island and arrive at Verizon Executive Education Center.
From EWR:
- From Newark Airport, take the 62 (Bus) in the Newark Penn Station direction to Newark Penn Station.
- At Newark Penn Station, take the 108 (Bus) in the New York Via Union City direction to Port Authority Bus Terminal.
- Walk East to Broadway to the NQRW Subway Station at Times Sq - 42 St.
- Take the Q (Subway) in the 96 St direction to Lexington Av/63 St.
- Transfer at Lexington Av/63 St to the F (Subway) in the 21 St-Queensbridge direction to Roosevelt Island.
- Walk South on Roosevelt Island and arrive at Verizon Executive Education Center.
